This program is for experienced off road riders and graduates of the Intermediate Dirtbike Training. Riders will provide their own motorcycles and gear for these courses.
The Experienced Dirtbike Training is for riders that have some off road riding experience or training. You will explore the more challenging skills needed for off road and trail riding such as how body placement affects traction, slide turns, crossing multiple obstacles as well as riding through sand and bedrock using our loose surface training pit.
You'll also learn how to un-weight your front end for crossing larger obstacles, as well as improve your confidence, balance and braking skills.
Your entire class time is spent on the course with plenty of hands-on instruction and real-world riding situations. Total class time for the school can vary from four to six hours depending on weather, breaks and class size and the abilities of the students.
The Experienced Dirtbike Training is geared toward adult riders who are experienced off road riders or graduates of the PSSOR Intermediate Dirtbike Training. If you are not sure if you qualify give us a call.
The PSSOR Experienced Dirtbike Training costs $185 unless otherwise noted on the schedule page.
Throughout the course you will be given breaks for drinks or snacks. There will not be time to leave the range to grab lunch so you will need to bring food and drinks with you. So please come prepared with plenty of fluids and snacks to keep you going throughout the course.
To take the PSSOR Experienced Dirtbike Training you must provide your own off road motorcycle. It will need to pass a basic safety inspection before the riding day begins.
Here is a great option for you and your family… Bring out the whole gang and we will work around your schedule to get you trained at your convenience. With this option we can mix up the class with all different ages of students so daughter/son, dad/mom, cousins and uncles can come in the same class. You are buying a class of at least 6 students so feel free to invite others or take it for yourself as a private lesson.
If you haven’t your dirtbike lately... dig it out and spend some time riding around. It is also helpful to be in good physical condition so if you’re used to sitting behind a desk or in a low activity environment get out and spend some time being physical before your class.
